Terrazza di Lavanda
In 2020, your Hosts will focus on increased Patron attention, sharing our agricultural "lessons learned", demonstrating the benefits of lavender products and providing greater access to the Farm's decompressive personality. We will open TerLa Farm for scheduled activities that allow small groups of Customers to experience the Farm's special qualities including:
- Lavender Product Demonstrations
- Lavender Cooking Classes
- Sunset Viewing
- Special Musical Presentations
- Painting Sessions
- Photography Sessions
- Yoga Classes
- Other Special Activities
These activities will be announced in advance on our website and in various media. You can also arrange an activity of your own design by contacting us through email ([email protected]) or by calling 231-944-8335. Reservations can be made in advance of each scheduled activity by making the suggested donation.
U-Pick Lavender: Access to TerLa Farm to harvest lavender blooms can be arranged by purchasing a U-Pick Pass ($12 per adult) that is good for the entire season (June through October). The U-Pick Pass will entitle the Customer to harvest 2 bundles (75 stems per bundle) of lavender if and when the Owners determine the lavender is mature. Additional bundles of lavender may be purchased at market rates if and when lavender is available and mature.
A complimentary U-Pick Pass will be given to all Lodging Patrons to enhance their TerLa Experience.
We are now open for U-Pick Harvesting. We have two varieties in perfect bloom for harvest: Munstead and Essence Purple. Details about purchasing the $12/person Annual U-Pick Pass can be reviewed online at:
We are also hosting a Plant Sale (7/11, 7/17 and 7/18) from 1:00 to 6:00. These are good times to come to the farm. Call us at 231-944-8335 to reserve your U-Pick appointment.
Live from Atlanta: FunkCake!
What a great concert - the band was really on fire. What a great crowd. What great weather. Thanks for your support.
Artists from the Old Art Building in Leland used the views from the Lavender Terrace to inspire great paintings. They also enjoyed our Bistro and Lavender Market.
